Low Carb Turkey Gravy

1.5 cups broth from the turkey- chilled if you have time otherwise skim off most of the fat (don’t worry you’ll be putting some back in later).

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp coconut flour

1 tsp psyllium husk


  1. Bring the broth to a brisk simmer

  2. Use a whisk to add the psyllium husk (sprinkle it don’t dump it)

  3. Sprinkle in1/2 tsp of the coconut flour at a time until you have a good consistency

  4. Put a few tablespoons of the turkey fat back into the mixture and whisk it until it is nicely incorporated into the gravy mixture


If it is too thick add more broth. Season to taste and enjoy.
