Spring is upon us!
Hello LCHF friends,
Spring is here and with this season comes warmer weather and thoughts of outdoors. I have made a pact with myself to get outdoors and jumpstart my routine of walking at my local park. As I left for work this morning with my bulletproof coffee in hand, without a coat (it was in the car since I didn't need it last night when I arrived home), I said that today would be the day that I started to walk. I've been riding my bike throughout the winter but it's in my basement so I have to admit I was somewhat negligent about doing it like I need to.
Even if you just walk around the block it is a start! Heck even if you just walk out to the mailbox to get the mail it's a good thing! For many of us the ice has melted, which is a major winter danger. If you are able to get outside for a few minutes you will be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you begin to enjoy a morning or evening walk.
I am not the type of person to make a new year's resolution so I normally wait until something throughout the year has inspired me. This morning the sun after all the rain that we have had here in Indiana was just the thing.
Find something in your day to inspire you to do a little something for yourself. Take twenty or thirty minutes and take a walk!
