LOW CARB DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
1/2 cup powdered Erythritol or Swerve or ½ cup Jordan’s vanilla coffee sweetener
1/4 teaspoon stevia extract (then check for sweetness)
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
Pecans, Walnuts or Sugar free chocolate chips are also optional add ins.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch pan.

In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix dry ingredients. Add dry mix to egg mixture and beat until smooth.

Spread into greased 8x8 pan and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean.

Note: If you use the sugar free Jordan's syrup the carbs will be much lower.
