1/2 cup powdered Erythritol or Swerve or ½ cup Jordan’s vanilla coffee sweetener

1/4 teaspoon stevia extract (then check for sweetness)

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup coconut flour

1/2 cup cocoa

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter

Pecans, Walnuts or Sugar free chocolate chips are also optional add ins. 




  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch pan.

  • In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

  • Mix dry ingredients. Add dry mix to egg mixture and beat until smooth.

  • Spread into greased  8x8 pan and bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean.

Note: If you use the sugar free Jordan's syrup the carbs will be much lower.
